Product Knowledge Feedback (PKFSM), the third dimension of our product support solution, ensures improvement in the product(s) supported in order to "eliminate" unneeded support in the future.  PKF's goal is to process the data accummulated through the various support channels and make sense of it.  That is, derive product intelligence and potentially innovative insight and feed it back into the product development process for future product releases or iterative product improvements.
